On one of the pillars in this temple there is an inscription dated Magh Sukla 6 in Vikram year 1244 bearing testimony to the fact that the temple belongs to a period before 1244. The last renovations were carried out in Vikram year 1977 when ceremonial consecration of the temple took place at that hands of Sripujiyaji Mahendrasurishvarji of Dhanari, Present Presiding Deity is Sri Parshwanath Bhagwan. Every Year on Posh Krishna 10, a fair is held here. The idol here is sober yet unique.
