It is situated in Dhule, Maharashtra. According to the history, the main deity of this temple Shri Manovanchhit Parshwanatha is 500 years old. This idol was brought from Burhanpur. In 1988, on the 10th day of the bright half of the month of Vaishakh this temple was reconstructed and reinstalled. In this temple the idol of Lord Shri Parshwanatha has the miraculous powers. Devotees visit this temple and offered their prayers and get the wishes. The deity of this temple is in balck colour. The posture of this idol is in the form of pamasana and is surmounted by serpent's hoods. Every year this temple organizes the annual festival on the 11th day of the bright half of the month of phalguna.
