JAIN TIRTHANKAR IDOL BEING RESTORED BY A NON-JAIN FAMILY+ At Kalasadamute Village, Honnavara Taluk, Uttara Kannada District, Karnataka, India.+ Found by a non-Jain family while ploughing the fields a few years back.+ Have constructed a small shelter in the field’s premises for the idol.+ Idol hasn’t been discared even though it is mutilated.+ Offer prayers by lighting the lamp every day.+ Have appointed a Jain priest to visit the place & offer poojas as per Jain tradition on every Poornima (full moon day) & Amavasya (dark day) days every month.
