    Haribhadra suri all granth names

    12 months ago 332

Haribhadra Suri, a major Śvetāmbara Jain Acharya, wrote many works. Here is a concise list of some of his well-known granths (texts). Note that exact titles and attributions can vary slightly between Digambar and Śvetāmbara traditions, but the following are widely recognized among Jain scholars.

    • Anekāntajayapatākā (The Victory Banner of Anekantavāda)
    • Anekāntavādapraveśa (Introduction to Anekantavāda)
    • Anekāntasiddhi (Establishes the principle of non-absolutism)
    • Ātmasiddhi (Realization of the Self)
    • Upadeśapada (Collection of didactic stories)
    • Daṃsaṇasuddhi (Purity of right faith)
    • Darisaṇasattari (Another text on right perception)
    • Dhammasaṅgahaṇi (Work on Dharma)
    • Lokatattvanirṇaya (Comparative view of religions)
    • Ṣaḍdarśanasamuccaya (Compendium of the Six Philosophies)
    • Samarāiccakahā (Story of Samarāicca)
    • Sambohapayaraṇa (Philosophical treatise)
    • Pañcāśaka (Prakrit work on ritual and spirituality)
    • Yogabindu (Seed of Yoga)
    • Yogadṛṣṭisamuccaya (Compendium of yoga viewpoints)
    • Yogaśataka (Three yoga texts in one cycle)
    • Dharmabindu (Duties of laypeople; guidelines for mendicants; moksha bliss)
    • Dhūrtākhyāna (The Rogue’s Stories)
    • Śaḍdarśanasamuccaya (see above; alternate title in some traditions)
    • Sāstravārtāsamuccaya (Array of explanatory teachings)
    • Lalitā-vistārī (Lalit-Vistārā; elaborations on Jain doctrine)
    • Yaśovijaya-era and other hagiographic or prakarṇic works (various commentaries and minor texts)
    • Yogabhindu, Yoga-vinśikā, Yogasāṭaka, Yogadr̥ṣṭi-samuccaya (early yoga-themed works in Sanskrit/Prakrit)
    • Sātrāvārtāsamuccaya, Sambohapayaraṇa (philosophical and ritual treatises)

Yeh sabhi granth Haribhadra Suri ki prolific writings ke pramukh udaharan hain. Digambar-Shvetambar tradition ke beech kuch granthon ki soochi ya vyakhya thodi alag ho sakti hai, par inke mool vichar aur anekantavada, dharma-pravachan, aur yog-drishti se judi prerna sadharan roop se saman hoti hai.

You can read more about Haribhadra Suri and his works here:

    • Anekāntajayapatākā and related works details
    • Dharma Bindu granth and its significance
    • Haribhadrasuri ki jeevan-katha aur upanyason ki jankari (Haribhadra story page)

If you want, I can tailor this list to a specific tradition (Śvetāmbara or Digambara) or focus on certain topics (philosophy, yoga, or ethics) with more precise attributions.
