Do we any mantra to gain knowledge
In Jainism there isn’t a special magical mantra that grants knowledge. Knowledge (Jnana) comes through the proper spiritual path: right faith, right knowledge, and right conduct.
What helps to gain knowledge in Jain practice:
- Study and listening: Read and listen to authentic Jain scriptures (like the Agamas/Siddhantas) and learn from a qualified teacher or guru.
- Reflection and contemplation: Think about the teachings, the nature of the soul, karma, and how to live with restraint and honesty.
- Ethical living: Follow truthfulness, non-violence, and self-discipline; this purifies the mind and makes understanding easier.
- Regular practice: Daily prayers or recitations that focus the mind on right conduct (e.g., Namokar Mantra is commonly chanted to purify the mind and invite auspicious conditions, though it is not a guaranteed route to knowledge by itself).
If you’d like, I can share a simple, authentic Jain practice for cultivating clarity of mind and study focus, or explain how Samyak Darshan (right faith), Samyak Jnana (right knowledge), and Samyak Charitra (right conduct) work together in daily life.
