• Mahavira is the 24th and final Tirthankara of this era.
• Some details (especially exact symbols or names for a couple of Tirthankaras) can vary slightly between Digambara and Śvetāmbara traditions. For example, the 10th Tirthankara is called Shitalanatha in many Digambara lists and sometimes given slightly different symbol associations in Śvetāmbara traditions; likewise, variations exist for the 14th Tirthankara (Anantanatha) between the traditions.
