Is Navratri a Jain festival?
Navratri is not a Jain festival. It is a major Hindu festival dedicated to the goddess Durga and her forms.
In Jain practice, the main religious observances are different days and periods, such as Paryushan (and its very holy days in Digambar and Shwetambar traditions), Mahavir Jayanti, and other Jain-specific fasts and rites. Some Jains may choose to fast or observe personal vows during Navratri as a private vrata, but there is no canonical Jain festival named Navratri.
If you’d like, I can share how Digambar and Shwetambar traditions view their own major festivals and any related practices during this season.
