In Jain cosmology, there are seven Narakabhumi (hells) arranged one below the other. Each bhumi has its own characteristic name and nature of suffering, but there isn’t a standard list of seven universal “dandas” (punishments) applying equally to all seven. Instead, the emphasis is on karma and the specific types of torment that arise in each Narakabhumi. The seven are commonly named as Ratnaprabha, Sarkaraprabha, Valukaprabha, Pankaprabha, Dhumaprabha, Tamahprabha, and Mahatamahprabha, reflecting distinct environments and punishments described in Jain texts. If a text uses a different framing (some traditions emphasize different details or order), that represents tradition-specific interpretation, not a different fundamental structure.
