Pruchchhana in Swadhyaya means the act of asking questions to resolve doubts while studying the scriptures. It is the second step in the traditional fivefold Swadhyaya framework (Vächanā, Pruchchhanā, Parivartana, Anuprekṣā, Dharmakathā). By asking clear questions, a seeker seeks correct understanding and clarity about the dharma.
