when is paryushan in 2026

Paryushan 2026 dates (two traditions differ slightly):

• Śvetāmbara (8 days): 7 September 2026 to 14 September 2026. Samvatsari (forgiveness day) on 14 September 2026.
• Digambar (Das Lakṣhaṇ Parva, 10 days): 15 September 2026 to 24 September 2026. Anant Chaturdashi on 24 September 2026; Kshamavani (forgiveness day) commonly around 25 September 2026, depending on local sangh.

Note: exact start/end can vary a day or two by local panchang, so check your temple’s calendar for your area.
