In Jain cosmology, time is divided into six Kaal (eras) within the cycle called Avasarpini. The fifth era is Pancham Kaal (the time of increasing sorrow). The era that starts after Pancham Kaal is the sixth era, called Dushma-Dushma (the final part of that cycle). So, the next kaal after Pancham Kaal is Dushma-Dushma in the same Avasarpini cycle. This is the standard sequence, though some minor regional/textual variations may name the periods slightly differently within Digambar/Shwetambar traditions.
