- Pratikraman: a short confession and reflection on your wrongdoings. - Samayik or slight meditation: focus on right conduct and self-discipline for a set time. - Namokar Mantra or prayers to the Tirthankaras with a calm, sincere heart. - Seek guidance from your local Jain guru or senior monk if you feel unsettled.
