Maru nirman shashvatu che
Jainism teaches that all things in the material world, including physical structures (maru nirman), are anitya (impermanent) and subject to change, decay, and destruction. The concept of shashvat (eternal or permanent) is reserved only for souls (jiva) and the fundamental substances (dravya) of the universe, not for any created or constructed object. Therefore, according to Jain philosophy, maru nirman (construction or creation) is not shashvat (eternal); it is temporary and transient.
