• Fourth Tirthankar: Abhinandan Swami (also called Abhinandananath). In Jain tradition, he is the 4th Tirthankar of the present time cycle.
• Birth (kalyanak): commonly described as Magh Shukla 2 (the second day of the bright fortnight in the month of Magh). Some texts in different traditions may record slight variation in dates, but Magh Shukla 2 is the widely cited tithi for his birth.
• Tradition note: there is a small difference in how Digambara and Śvetāmbara lists name and order of Tirthankaras, but both traditions agree that Abhinandan Swami is the 4th Tirthankar of the current cycle.
