In Jain cosmology, there are five Anuttara abodes (the highest heavens) for Devas. The life-span (Ayushya) of Devas increases in higher realms, and the maximum life-span in the Anuttara heavens is 33 sagaras. A sagara is an extremely long cosmic time, far beyond human lifespans. So, Anuttara Devas live for up to 33 sagaras, according to traditional Jain texts. You can read more here
