There is a Aadinath idol right besides the main temple in palitana
In Palitana Shatrunjay Tirth, the Mulnayak (principal idol) of Adinath Bhagwan is housed in the Chaumukhji temple, i.e., the main Adinath shrine on the Shatrunjay hill. This is the central temple complex where Adinath is enshrined in the main Toonk, with the other nearby temples (Nav Tang̣k) forming the surrounding sacred area. There are many other temples devoted to other Tirthankars and deities around the main temple, but the primary Adinath idol sits in the Chaumukhji temple of the main Toonk. You may also encounter an additional large Adinath statue elsewhere in Palitana (a 108-foot idol at the Adinath Dada Dham near Taleti), but this is a separate site and not the Mulnayak temple on Shatrunjay hill. You can read more about the Shatrunjay Tirth and its temples in the Palitana context.
