No. The Palitana temples on Shatrunjaya hill were not completed at the time of Adinath (Rishabhanatha)’s nirvana.

• Adinath’s moksha is described in Jain tradition as occurring at a very ancient place (Ashtapada/Mount Kailash). The Palitana temple complex, however, was built and expanded over many centuries, starting around the 11th–12th centuries, with further major renovations and new temples added up to and beyond the 16th–19th centuries. So, there is a long historical-building process that spans many generations, not a single completion at the time of Adinath’s nirvana. The site has been revered since early texts, with ongoing construction and restorations as part of Jain devotional practice.
