Patodi (Patodiya) is mentioned in some Jain community histories as a lineage name among Shravaks, but it is not a fixed or universal gotra in Jain scriptures. Jain gotras are more fluid and vary by tradition and region; Digambar and Shwetambar communities each maintain their own lists and genealogies in their own records. So, Patodiya appears in some local histories, but you won’t find it as a canonical, uniform Jain gotra across all Jain traditions.
