There are the few terms, which we should know, are related to the bondage and the manifestation of the karmas.explain all like duration, intensity, type, quantom of bondage

Here is a simple Jain explanation of the main terms about bondage (bandh) and manifestation of karmas.

    • Prakriti bandh (nature of bondage) — There are eight main karmas, divided into two groups:
    - Ghatiya (destructive to the soul): Jnanavarniya (knowledge-obscuring), Darśanavarniya (perception-obscuring), Antaraya (obstructing energy/effort), Mohaniya (deluding). - Aghatiya (non-destructive to the soul): Vedaniya (feeling-producing), Nama (body/form-determining), Gotra (status-determining), Ayushya (life-span-determining). Both Śvetāmbara and Digambara traditions accept these eight, with slight sub-division differences in details. You can read more about the eight Karma names here.
    • Pradesh bandh (quantity of bondage) — How many karma particles attach to the soul. This depends on how strong the activity or passion was; stronger effort means more karma particles attach. In short, more vigorous activity leads to greater quantity of bondage. You can read more about the general theory of karma, including quantity, here.
    • Sthiti bandh (duration of bondage) — How long the karmas stay bound to the soul. This is not fixed; it varies from a moment to very long periods. The duration is determined by the intensity and persistence of the underlying desires and passions at the time of the action. See similar explanations here.
    • Anubhag bandh (intensity of bondage) — How strongly karmas cling to the soul. There are four levels of intensity (and related shedding difficulty): loose, medium, tight, and very tight. The tighter the bondage, the harder it is to shed and the longer it may take to burn off. For an outline of karma types and their binding, check the Karma theory resource here.
    • Relation among these four characteristics — When you come to bondage, four factors are decided at once: nature (which karma), quantity (how many particles), duration (how long), and intensity (how strong). The behavior in action (passions, desires) controls these four aspects. A clear summary can be found in the Karma references here.
    • Important note on difference between paths of disclosure — The overall framework of eight karmas and their four-fold determinations is shared across Digambara and Śvetāmbara traditions; minor nuances may exist in sub-classes and interpretations, but the essential ideas are the same.

If you want, I can pull out brief, plain-language examples for each of the eight karmas and show how duration and intensity would differ for a hypothetical action.
