According to Jain tradition, the sister of Lord Mahavir was Sudarshana (sometimes referred to as Sudarshana Devi or Sudarshana Mata). She was the daughter of King Siddhartha and Queen Trishala, making her the elder sister of Lord Mahavir, the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism. Sudarshana is respected in Jain texts and is known for her piety and support of Mahavir's spiritual journey.
