Provide ekshana pachkhan
Certainly! In Jainism, Ekashana Pachkhan (also spelled as Ekasana Pachkhan) is a vow or resolve taken by a devotee to eat only one meal in a day, and that too at one sitting. The pachkhan is usually recited in Prakrit or Gujarati before commencing the observance. Here is a traditional version in Prakrit and its meaning in English:
---
Prakrit (Traditional):
मं एगसणं पच्छखामी। एगसणे भत्तं खुच्चामि। एगसणविरहिए न भत्तं खुच्चामि। एगसणं पच्छखितं मे, धारेहि।
Transliteration:
Maṁ egasaṇaṁ pacchakhāmi. Egasaṇe bhattaṁ khuccāmi. Egasaṇavirahie na bhattaṁ khuccāmi. Egasaṇaṁ pacchakhitaṁ me, dhārehi.
English Meaning:
I take the vow of Ekasana (one meal a day). I will take food only once in one sitting. Other than this, I will not eat. This vow of Ekasana, I am taking and will observe.

Note:
- Before taking any Pachkhan, it is ideal to take guidance from a Jain Acharya, Sadhu, Sadhvi, or a knowledgeable layperson.
- The wording and language may vary slightly by tradition (Sthanakvasi, Terapanthi, Murtipujak, etc.).
