This line is from the Pratikraman / Dasaveyaliya sutra. The full phrase is:

> Tassa bhante! paḍikkamāmi, nindāmi, garihāmi, appāṇaṁ vosirāmi.

Meaning in very simple English:

• Tassa bhante – “O Revered One! / O Lord!”
• Paḍikkamāmi – “I confess and repent my faults.”
• Nindāmi – “I blame/criticize my own wrong actions.”
• Garihāmi – “I condemn and am ashamed of those faults.”

So, “Tassa bhante paḍikkamāmi nindāmi garihāmi” together means:

> “O Revered One, for that fault I confess, I reproach myself, and I condemn those wrong actions.”

Spiritually, it is:

• accepting “I have done wrong,”
• feeling true repentance,
• and mentally rejecting those sins so they are not repeated.
