3. Who lives in swarg?

• Devas (celestial beings) with very high punya (merit)
• Their bodies are very subtle, beautiful, with many powers
• They do not eat gross food; their “nourishment” is subtle enjoyment due to punya ( jainknowledge.com)

But:

• They are not creators or controllers of the universe
• They are still bound by karma and will be reborn elsewhere after their punya ends
• They also bow to Tirthankars; they are not the final refuge in Jainism

4. Difference between swarg and moksha

• Swarg (heaven)

- High pleasure, long life, almost no suffering - Still inside संसार (rebirth continues) - Enjoyment because of past punya

• मोक्ष / सिद्धशिला

So, Jain Dharma clearly teaches: Do not aim for swarg; aim for moksha. Swarg is temporary; moksha is permanent.
