In dream 2 flowers following from the sky and 1 got in hand

    8 months ago 158

In Jain Dharma, ordinary personal dreams are generally understood very simply:

    • Dreams come from our own mind and karmas (past impressions, worries, desires, punya–paap),
    • They are not taken as sure predictions of the future,
    • Only the special dreams of Tirthankar-mothers (like Mata Trishalā’s 14 dreams) are given definite, fixed meanings.

About your dream – “2 flowers falling from the sky and 1 came into my hand”:

    1. Flowers in general

    - In Jain tradition, flowers are used in puja and vandana, so they are connected with: - punya (merit), - shanti (peace), - bhakti / shraddhā (devotion, faith), - pavitrata (purity). - So such a dream can be taken as shubha-swapna (auspicious type of dream) at a cultural level.

    1. Coming from the sky

    - Sky/above often symbolizes higher / divine things in common language. - So, two flowers from the sky can be loosely understood as: - “opportunities for punya or bhakti are coming towards you,” - “reminder to keep your thoughts and life pure and uplifted.”

    1. One flower in your hand

    - What actually comes into your hand in a dream can be seen as: - Some good opportunity you can really use (like more bhakti, good karma, chance to do seva, to improve your life with dharma). - But remember: this is only a gentle, cultural reading, not a fixed scriptural rule.

    1. Jain spiritual view – what to do now?

Instead of worrying about “exact meaning”, Jain Dharma would guide you to: - Use this dream as a reminder: - Increase Namokar Mantra jāp, - Do pratikraman regularly, - Strengthen ahimsā, satya, brahmacharya, aparigraha in daily life, - Do some dāna (charity) or seva with a pure heart. - Think: “Maybe this is a nimitta (signal) to grow my punya and bhakti now.”

    Important:

    • There is no specific Jain scripture that says: “If you see two flowers from the sky and one in your hand, it always means X.”
    • So any detailed symbolic meaning beyond the above simple, dharmic understanding would be just imagination, not pure Jain teaching.

If this dream made you feel peaceful or devotional, accept it with gratitude and focus on good thoughts, good speech, and good actions from today onwards.
