A soul whose karmas are light / mild.

In English you can say:

• “light‑karma soul”

• “soul with light karmic bondage”

Such a soul has:

• comparatively less heavy (gross, intense) karmas bound to it
• therefore better inner tendencies for spiritual progress than a “जडकर्मी” or “भारीकर्मी” जीव (heavy‑karma soul).

So, Halukarmi Jiva = soul with a lighter karmic load, more favourable for spiritual uplift.
