give sript for activation of Agya chakra

    7 months ago 135

In Jain Dharma, we do not work with “Āgya chakra activation” the way it is taught in many modern yoga / tantra systems.

    Jain path is very clear:

    • The aim is not opening chakras or getting special powers.
    • The aim is shedding karma and realizing the pure soul through
samyak darshan, samyak jñān, samyak chāritra (right faith, knowledge, conduct).
    • Our main inner practices are Samayik, Kāyotsarga, Pratikraman, Anuprekṣā (12 bhāvanās), Navkār mantra dhyān, etc., not chakra-activation scripts.

So, from a pure Jain viewpoint, I cannot honestly give you a “script to activate Āgya chakra,” because that idea itself is outside traditional Jain teachings and mixes in other systems, which I must avoid.

If you want a Jain way to develop clarity, inner awareness, and strong concentration (which many people link with the area of the forehead), you can safely do this:

    1. Begin with Navkār Mantra

Sit quietly, spine straight, eyes gently closed, and recite slowly with full awareness of meanings: - Namo Arihantāṇam - Namo Siddhāṇam - Namo Āyariyāṇam - Namo Uvajjhāyāṇam - Namo Loe Savva-Sāhūṇam

Focus on their qualities, not on any chakra or body point.

    1. Simple Jain-style awareness meditation (Samayik-bhāva)

For about 20–30 minutes: - Keep body still. - Watch your thoughts come and go. - If anger, fear, or desire comes, see it as karma, not as “me,” and let it pass. - Maintain feelings of maitrī (friendliness) for all beings.

    1. Kāyotsarga (relaxing the body, staying in soul-awareness)

    - Mentally relax each part of the body, but keep the spine straight. - Repeatedly remember: “I am a pure soul, separate from body, thoughts, and emotions.”

    These practices will:

    • Calm and sharpen the mind
    • Reduce rāga–dveṣa (attachment–aversion)
    • Help real spiritual progress according to Jain Dharma

If you specifically want to learn authentic Jain meditation (Samayik, Kāyotsarga, etc.), you can read more here:

I must stay within Jain teachings, so I will not provide a non-Jain chakra-activation script.
