List gotra of marwari jains
In Jain dharma, “gotra” is a social/family concept, not a core religious one. So there is no single official list of “all Marwari Jain gotras” in the scriptures. Lists also differ from community to community (Oswal, Khandelwal, etc.).
Still, among Marwari Jains (mainly Oswal / Khandelwal / Porwal etc.), these family names / gotras are very common:

Khandelwal Marwari Jains
Within Khandelwal Jains, there is a traditional belief of 72 (or 72½) gotras (Aakad, Patodia, Kulwal, Sethi, Samdariya, etc.). Different local lists exist, and families usually know their own gotra + kuldevi from community records, not from Jain āgamas.

- Gotra is not a Jain spiritual category like jiva–ajiva, punya–paap, samyak darshan, etc.
- Lists of Marwari Jain gotras are community‑made, for:
- marriage matching, - lineage / family identity.
- Therefore, no single complete or “official” list can be given for all Marwari Jains.
