What time puja at sankeshwar
In Sankeshwar (Belgaum district, Karnataka) there are multiple Jain temples (Parshwanath Basadi, Parshwalabhdeepuram, etc.), and each can have slightly different pūjā / āratī timings.
Public listings only clearly show that the Parshwanath Temple in Sankeshwar opens around 6:00 AM, but they do not give a detailed daily pūjā schedule. Actual timings also change on special days, Paryushan, parva, or during pravachans.
So, the only reliable way to know the exact pūjā time for your visit is to:
- Call the temple / Sangh office in Sankeshwar (number is usually on the temple board or can be obtained locally).
- Or ask at the dharmashala / Jain shop near the temple; they will know the current morning pūjā and evening āratī times.
Typical pattern (only to give you a rough idea, not exact):
- Temple opens: about 6:00 AM
- Morning pūjā / abhishek: usually between 6:30–8:00 AM
- Evening āratī / mūl nāyak pūjā: often between 7:00–8:00 PM
Please treat these as approximate and confirm locally before planning darshan, because Jain mandir timings are set by the local Sangh and can change.
