Classical Jain Texts (Root of “Jain Science”)
If you want the original scriptural base on which all Jain “science” is built, you can also study (with a good commentary):
- Tattvārtha Sūtra (तत्त्वार्थसूत्र) – Ācārya Umāsvāti / Umāsvāmī
These books together will give you both:
- the traditional Jain view of the universe and life, and
- its dialogue with modern science (physics, biology, cosmology, psychology, etc.).
