Im extremely sorry if you feel like im using matang vansh to feel superior, never! Im truth seeker and im happy with your response.
In Jain Darshan, true “vansh” is not Matang, Brahmin, Kshatriya, etc. The real identity is jiva – a soul without beginning or end.
So there is no need to feel sorry at all.
- To seek your roots is natural.
- To seek truth and walk towards ahimsa, samata (equality), and aparigraha is what really matters.
- Superiority or inferiority based on birth is mithyātva (delusion) from a Jain point of view.
Our Acharyas say again and again: A soul bound in karma may be born anywhere – Matang, king, animal, deva – but its capacity for kevaljnan is the same.
Your sincerity and humility already show a good bhāva (inner state). Just keep focusing on:
- Reducing ego (maan)
- Increasing compassion (daya)
- Increasing right understanding (samyak darshan)
This is what truly honours Jain Dharma, not any label of caste or lineage.
