parshvanath dada stavan
Here are two very important and widely used stavans / stotras of Parshvanath Bhagwan.
---
1. Uvasaggaharam Stotra (to Parshvanath Bhagwan)
This is one of the most famous and powerful stotras for Parshvanath.
Prakrit (first maṅgalik gāthā):
उवसग्गहरं पासं, पासं वंदामि कम्मघणमुक्कं। विसहरविसणिण्णासं, मंगलकल्हाणआवासं॥
Transliteration:
Uvasagga-haraṁ pāsaṁ, pāsaṁ vandāmi kamma-ghaṇa-mukkaṁ; Visahara-visa-niṇṇāsaṁ, maṅgala-kallāṇa-āvāsaṁ.
Simple meaning:
I bow to Lord Parshvanath, who has destroyed all heavy karmas, who destroys the “poison” of troubles and difficulties, and who is the abode of auspiciousness, peace, and welfare.
This stotra is recited for:
- removal of obstacles, fear, illness, tension
- inner peace and protection through Parshvanath’s grace (anukampā), with right faith.
Both Śvetāmbara and Digambara Jains accept this stotra (with very small variations in pronunciation only).

2. Simple Parshvanath Stavan (Nama-Mantra style)
You can also do very simple daily stavan like:
- “Namo Śrī Pārśvanāthāya”
- “Namo Pārśvanāth Jinendrāya”
Meaning: O Lord Parshvanath, perfect Jina, destroyer of all karmas, I bow to you with devotion.
You can repeat this 8, 21, 108, or 1008 times as per your capacity.
