Saitwal is a Jain community (caste / jati), mainly among Digambar Jains, not a single gotra.

In Jain tradition:

• Gotra = ancient rishi / kul (like Kashyap, Gautam, Bharadwaj, etc.)
• Saitwal = a community name (samaj / jati), mostly found in Maharashtra, Karnataka, etc.

So:

• A person can be Saitwal by samaj,
• And have a separate gotra by family tradition (for example: Kashyap gotra, Gautam gotra, etc.).
• There is no one common “Saitwal gotra” for all Saitwal Jains.

To know the exact gotra, one has to ask family elders or look at family kulachar / family records, because it is decided by lineage, not by samaj name.
