• Census data is available only by religion (e.g., “Jain”) and some broad castes, not by individual communities like Bafna, Oswal, Porwal, etc.
• Different local Bafna sanghs/mandals may give their own rough estimates, but there is no single official, reliable number for “how many Bafna in India”.

So, honestly: At present, no accurate, official count exists for the Bafna community in India.
