How was he world created
According to Jainism, the world was never created.
- The universe (loka) is anādi–ananta – without beginning and without end.
- There is no moment of creation and no creator God who made the world.
- Everything that exists is made of:
These substances are eternal. They keep changing their forms and combinations, but they are never created from nothing and never destroyed into nothing.
Time moves in endless cycles (utsarpiṇī and avasarpiṇī – rising and falling ages). Within these cycles, worlds, bodies, civilizations etc. appear and disappear, but the basic universe itself is always there.
So, in simple words:
- No one “made” the world.
- The universe has always existed, changing according to its own natural and karmic laws.
