“Abhavi jiv” (more correctly “Abhavya jiva”) means:

• Abhavya jiva = those souls who, by their very nature and very heavy mithyatva (wrong belief), are incapable of ever attaining moksha.
• They will never get samyak darshan (right faith), and therefore never walk the true path to liberation.
• Opposite category = Bhavya jiva – souls who can one day attain moksha.

About “nine abhavi jive”:

• In Jain philosophy, abhavya is a category of souls, not a fixed list of 9 named jivas.
• Jain texts do not give a standard list of “nine” specific abhavya jivas by name.
• The number nine is usually connected with Nav Tattva (nine fundamentals), not with abhavya jivas.

So, in simple words: There are bhavya jivas (can be liberated) and abhavya jivas (can never be liberated), but there is no commonly accepted list of “nine abhavi jive” in the basic Jain doctrine.
