King Shrenik (also known as Bimbisār) is described in Jain scriptures as a devoted shravak (lay follower) of Bhagwān Mahāvīr.

He offers alms (bhikshā) to:

• The Jain sadhus (monks) in Bhagwān Mahāvīr’s sangh,
• Especially to Ganadhar Gautam Swami and other monks of Mahāvīr.

So in simple words: King Shrenik offers alms to the monks of Bhagwān Mahāvīr.
