I am planning to visit malad mumbai on 22nd march to 24 march. I need accommodation at jain bhavan in near by areas, so where can get it

For Malad specifically, there are usually small Jain hostels / community places, but the bigger Jain dharamshalas (Jain bhavans) with proper booking systems are slightly away from Malad, mainly towards Borivali and central Mumbai.

For your dates (22–24 March), the most practical options near Malad are:

    1. Borivali Side (closest to Malad)

Borivali is just 1–2 local train stations from Malad and has good Jain facilities:
    • Shri Teenmurti Digambar Jain Mandir, Borivali (East)
    – Temple complex with dharamshala (AC / Non‑AC rooms). – Peaceful area, good for families and yatris. ( in.worldorgs.com)
    • Other Jain Dharamshalas in Borivali (West/East)
    – There are multiple Jain dharamshalas around Borivali National Park / Jambli Gali side etc. ( shantinathseva.org)

You can search on Justdial / Google Maps with:

    • “Jain Dharamshala Borivali”
    • “Digambar Jain Mandir Dharamshala Borivali”
    • “Jain Atithi Bhavan Borivali”

Call directly on the numbers shown there and confirm:

    • If short stay (2 nights) is allowed
    • Room availability and charges
    • Check‑in/check‑out time
    • Whether they allow only Jains
    • Bhojanshala / Jain food timing

    2. Directly in Malad

Malad has many Jains but fewer big, formal dharamshalas. You may find small community dharamshalas/hostels by searching:
    • “Jain Dharamshala Malad West”
    • “Jain Dharamshala Malad East” ( justdial.com)

Because listings change often, it is safer to:

    • Use Justdial or Google Maps
    • Filter by “Jain Dharamshala” / “Jain Bhavan”
    • Call and ask if they take short‑term yatri stay (22–24 March) and not only students/working professionals.

    3. Other Options in Mumbai (if you don’t mind travelling)

If you are okay to travel a bit more by train/taxi, there are well‑known Jain bhavans in:
    • Dadar (Kabutar Khana area) – Jain Dharamshala
    • Chembur – Jain Bhavan
    • Bhuleshwar / Kalbadevi side – various Jain dharamshalas ( jainknowledge.com)

These are not very close to Malad, but good backups if Borivali/Malad is full.

    ---

    How to practically finalize stay

    1. First decide: Malad or Borivali (for you, Borivali is safer for getting proper dharamshala rooms).
    2. Search in Justdial / Google Maps as above.
    3. Call 3–4 places, clearly tell:

    - Dates: 22 March to 24 March - Number of people and if all are Jains

    1. Only confirm booking directly with the dharamshala (avoid middle agents or unverified online “Jain booking” sites).

For more general guidance on Jain dharamshalas in Mumbai, you can also read here

This will give you names of some main Jain dharamshalas in Mumbai, and then you can choose the one closest to Malad (mostly in Borivali side).
