Navkarshi is not fixed by the clock. It is always based on local sunrise:

> Navkarshi time = Sunrise time + 48 minutes

So, in France also, Jains should keep Navkarshi 48 minutes after sunrise at your city (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, etc.).

Example (for understanding only)

On 18 March 2026, sunrise in Paris is about 6:58 am. ( sunrisesunset.com) So Navkarshi time there would be approximately:

> 6:58 am + 48 minutes ≈ 7:46 am (local time)

But this will change every day and is different for each city in France.

What you should do:

1. Check daily sunrise time for your exact city (any local weather/sunrise app or website).
2. Add 48 minutes – that is your Navkarshi time for that day.
