the word written as “mavasha” is actually from Sanskrit “avaśā” (अवशा).

Meaning of “avaśā / mavasha” here:

• of her own accord
• without being forced or commanded
• spontaneously, willingly

So the sense of the whole line is:

> “Such a Lakshmi (prosperity, good fortune) comes to Acharya Manatunga on her own, without any compulsion.”

In simple Hindi/English bhāṣā:

• “Lakshmi unke pās apne āp ā jātī hai, binā kisī dabāv ke.”
• “Fortune comes to him freely and naturally.”
