Here is a simple English version of the Logassa / Logas (meaning-wise, not word‑by‑word):

1. I bow to the Arihants – the perfected beings who have destroyed inner enemies like anger, pride, deceit, and greed.
2. I bow to the Siddhas – the fully liberated souls, free from all karmas forever.
3. I bow to the Acharyas – the heads of the Jain order who guide the path of dharma.
4. I bow to the Upadhyayas – the teachers who explain the scriptures and right knowledge.
5. I bow to all Sadhus and Sadhvis – monks and nuns who practice self‑control and follow the path of the Jinas.

By remembering and praising the 24 Tirthankaras and these great souls, the sutra prays for:

• purity of mind and soul
• right faith, right knowledge, and right conduct
• freedom from sins and inner faults
• progress toward peace and liberation (moksha).
