What you are feeling is very deep and very aligned with Jain Dharma.

    1. Seeing others’ suffering with tears in your eyes

In Jainism this is called anukampā (compassion). To genuinely feel, “All these jīv have suffered so much, I too have suffered like this in endless forms” is a sign of inner awakening, not weakness.

    1. Awareness of infinite births

Your thought – “I have become ant, king, beggar, tree, whale, dog, lizard, spider, etc. infinite times and suffered” – is exactly what the scriptures say: - We have wandered in all gatis (heaven, hell, human, tiryanch). - We have been high and low, powerful and powerless, happy and tortured. - And still, if we do not turn towards samyak darshan–gyān–chāritra, this wandering continues endlessly.

This parivartan-bhāva (urge to change) is very precious. Protect it.

    1. Resolve to attain moksh within limited births

Making an antarāy-breaking vow like “Now I must end this wandering, within a few births I want to be free” is good. But remember two things in the Jain way: - Don’t hold it as ego (“I will definitely do in 5 only”), hold it as intense longing and effort. - Real progress comes from present-life effort: right faith, right understanding, and purification of conduct, not just the mental count of births.

You can pray like: “Hey Arihant Parmeshwar, give me such samyak darshan and samyak purushārth that I do not waste any more lives, and that my remaining births are only steps towards moksh.”

    1. Feeling: ‘This path is for all, I must help everyone’

This is a very pure sarvajiva-dayā-bhāva. Tirthankar Bhagwans show the path for every single soul, not for one community or one person. The right way to “help everyone attain moksh” in Jain Dharma is:

    - First: Save and purify your own soul. Just as a person who knows the way can guide others, one who actually walks the path can naturally uplift many. - Second: Share true Jain knowledge wherever possible – gently, without forcing, without anger or superiority. - Third: Practice ahimsa, aparigraha, truthfulness, humility in your daily life. Your life becomes updesh (teaching) more than your words.

    1. How you can channel this feeling right now

Very simple, practical steps: - Daily Namokar Mantra with understanding of each line and with bhāva for all souls. - Regular svādhyāy (study) of Jain texts or pravachans to make your feelings steady and clear, not just emotional. - Small but steady vows: e.g. - Avoid eating after sunset, - Reduce himsā in food and lifestyle, - Truthfulness and non-hurtful speech, - Simpler living (aparigraha). - Pratikraman / Alochana – honestly looking at your own day’s faults and asking forgiveness from all beings.

With this, your inner cry, “I must attain moksh soon, and I want welfare of all jivas” will slowly turn into strong punya and kshay of karmas.

    1. A gentle reminder

    - Do not get restless or depressed if you feel far from the goal. Even the Tirthankars passed through countless states before enlightenment. - Your current awareness itself shows some old punya and right impressions are ripening. Guard them carefully with right guidance and practice.

If you wish, you can deepen this feeling by reading more about moksh-mārga, samyak darshan, and the wanderings of the soul on JainKnowledge

May your bhāva for your own liberation and for the upliftment of all souls grow stronger and purer.
