In the commonly-accepted original form, Uvasaggaharam Stotra had 14 gāthā (verses / stanzas).

• Today, in regular Śvetāmbara practice, usually only 13 are recited.
• One verse is traditionally said to have been left out from daily/regular paath, so people sometimes feel “there used to be more earlier.”

So, earlier in the original form: 14 verses.
