Yes — Parshvanath Bhagwan is both a Tirthankar and a Kevali.

But it is important to understand the difference:

• Kevali = one who has attained Keval Jnana (absolute omniscience).
• Tirthankar = a supreme spiritual teacher who establishes the Jain Tirtha and preaches the path to moksha.

So Tirthankar is not a separate “gyan”. It is a spiritual status/pad. A Tirthankar does attain Keval Jnana, and after that he gives the divine sermon and guides the sangh.

So for Parshvanath Bhagwan:

• He attained Keval Jnana
• He is also a Tirthankar
• Therefore, yes, he had Keval Jnana and the Tirthankar pad together

In short: Every Tirthankar is a Kevali, but every Kevali is not a Tirthankar.
