Yes, you can pray and express your feelings in Jain Dharma.

But in Jainism, God does not act like a creator who listens and changes things at will. The Tirthankars/Siddhas are liberated souls, and your prayer is mainly a devotional and spiritual expression.

So the simple answer is:

• Can you wish/pray? Yes
• Can they listen like a worldly person hears? Not in that way
