In Jain Dharma, the number of dikshās a person has given or received is not the main basis for choosing a guru.

What matters more is the guru’s:

• Samyak darshan and right conduct
• Knowledge of Jain scriptures
• Austerity and self-discipline
• Ahimsa, humility, and compassion
• Ability to guide without attachment or pride
• Pure lineage and proper observance of vows

If you mean a monk or nun giving dikshā to others, then experience and seniority may be considered in practical tradition, but still the real measure is qualification and purity, not just the count of dikshās.

So, in Jainism, dikshās may reflect experience or tradition, but not the highest criterion for guru-selection. The first priority is always qualities of liberation-oriented conduct.
