In Jain Dharma, a monk or nun should never be judged by power or status, but by conduct—ahiṃsā, satya, aparigraha, and proper vinaya.

If someone speaks against a monk without truth and restraint, that is not Jain dharma. But if there is a real concern, it should be raised calmly, with evidence, humility, and respect, through proper elders, gaccha heads, or trusted senior lay followers.

Jain society should not support wrongdoing just because someone is a monk. At the same time, false accusation, anger, and disrespect are also against Jain values.

So the right Jain approach is:

• speak truthfully,
• avoid harsh words,
• present facts,
• follow proper discipline,
• and remain peaceful.

If power is being misused, that is a matter of adharma, not Jainism.
