In Jain Dharma, every jeev has the capacity to attain moksh because the soul is inherently pure. But whether one is called a bhavi jeev is not something I can निश्चितly declare about an individual.

A bhavi jeev generally means a soul that will, in the future, come onto the path of liberation and eventually attain moksh. In Jain understanding, this depends on:

• Samyak darshan — right faith
• Samyak jnan — right knowledge
• Samyak charitra — right conduct
• reduction and destruction of karmas through tapas, samyam, and ahimsa

So, the safest Jain answer is:

• Yes, you can attain moksh.
• It is possible for any soul to become liberated.
• But only your karmic state and future spiritual progress will determine when and how.

If you are sincerely drawn toward Dharma, non-violence, self-control, and purity of conduct, that is a very auspicious sign on the Jain path.

In short: moksh is possible for you, but no one can truthfully guarantee it without full spiritual knowledge of your karmic condition.
