In Jainism, females are not “not allowed” in the seven realms in a general sense. A soul’s birth is determined by karma, not by gender alone.

If you mean moksha (liberation):

• Shwetambar tradition: women can attain moksha in female body.
• Digambar tradition: a female body is not accepted as the final body for moksha; moksha is attained after taking a male body.

If you meant the seven hells (7 narak), then birth there is also based on karma, not simply because one is female.
