if somebody is injured in front of the muni, thdn is taking them to a safe place wrong? tirthankar would not have done this so we should also not do

In Jain dharma, taking an injured person to a safe place is not wrong if it is done with the least possible harm and with the intention to reduce suffering.

    A few important points:

    • Ahimsa means not causing injury, but it also supports dayā — compassion.
    • If someone is lying in danger, leaving them in harm’s way can increase suffering.
    • Moving them gently and carefully to safety, when necessary, is generally seen as a supportive act, not हिंसा in the bad sense.
    • The main rule is: do the minimum necessary action, with full care and without cruelty.

    About the Tirthankars:

    • A Tirthankar’s conduct is the highest ideal.
    • But ordinary people and even munis live in different situations and responsibilities.
    • We should follow the principle behind their conduct — non-violence, compassion, restraint — not freeze every situation into one literal rule.

    So, if someone is injured:

    • Do not ignore them
    • Do not handle them roughly
    • Move them only if needed for safety
    • Use the most careful, gentle method possible

In Jain view, protecting life and reducing suffering with utmost caution is in harmony with ahimsa.
