Generally, no—in a Jain temple, Shrimad Rajchandra murti and Jain Tirthankar murti should not be kept side by side in the same main sanctum.

• Tirthankar murti is for the worship of Arihants/Tirthankars.
• Shrimad Rajchandra murti represents a great Jain spiritual saint and guide, not a Tirthankar.
• In Jain tradition, their place of worship is usually kept separate to preserve proper reverence and category.

What is acceptable:

• They may be in the same temple complex, but preferably in separate spaces or separate sections.
• Follow the tradition of the temple and the guidance of the acharya or temple committee.

So, next to each other in the same main temple worship area is generally not appropriate.
